The Fertility Clinic at Practice Longevity is a specialized acupuncture clinic, providing safe, effective, and evidence-based integrative fertility services. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and comprehensive treatment approach to reproductive wellness. We understand that no two patients are exactly alike in their symptoms, diagnosis, treatment history, or in their approach to their fertility plan. We work cooperatively with you to create your optimal, individualized treatment plan, consisting of acupuncture, evidence-based nutritional supplements, customized herbal medicine, and fertility-focused lifestyle guidance to achieve our shared goal of a healthy pregnancy.

Personalized Care and Guidance
Healthy Eggs, Ovaries, and Uterus
Treatment is designed to help balance and regulate pituitary and ovarian hormones to improve reproductive health. We will work to improve ovarian function, egg quality, and follicle development. We will also work on improving blood flow to the ovaries and uterus and preparing the uterine environment for implantation and pregnancy.
Reduce Stress
Stress can negatively impact fertility by disrupting hormone levels and ovulation. Acupuncture promotes relaxation and reduces stress levels by stimulating the release of endorphins, the body's natural relaxation hormones.

Acupuncture can improve blood flow to the testes, support hormonal balance, and improve overall health, promoting sperm production and improving sperm quality.

Erika has specialized in holistic and integrative fertility care since she founded The Fertility Clinic at Practice Longevity in 2004. Erika holds a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. She is board-certified by the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine and has extensive training in both Eastern and Western fertility medicine.
